What car company has the best AWD system?
The only AWD drive system I can comment on is the Subaru AWD system. I have a 2011 Forester, bought used, and it’s been mine for the past three years. For vehicles of like “class” and price-range, the Subie AWD is the best functioning system of the likes of Honda, Nissan, GM,Ford, et.al. …this according to numerous reviews of the various AWD systems on comparable vehicles. Comparing the Subaru system to boutique Euro cars is like apples and oranges …although the Subie AWD has compared favorably to the Audi AWD system. Subaru has been making AWD vehicles before AWD became “fashionalble”. So they’ve got a pretty good and reliable system. In three years of ownership with the 4-speed automatic I’ve had zero issues. The car has 80K on it and there’s no leaks or any other maintenance issues. The AWD system works seamlessly. For the Forester the AWD system does seem to enhance the car’s road-handling ability; you can toss the Forester fairly hard in the twisties and it will react a whole lot better than a high CG vehicle out to. The flat- four “boxer” engine also helps in the handling department. The way the Subaru drive train is laid out is both very direct and very symmetric and this also adds to the smoothness in operation of the AWD. Unfortunately, Subaru has seen fit to install the CVT transmission as the only choice of automatic on their vehicles since about 2014 or so. The tranny is sub-par to the AWD system and if I were to buy a newer Subaru I’d find one with a standard tranny or buy a used one with the old 4-speed automatic or 5-speed.

This is a real tough question because there are so many of them however I will divide it into segments from higher CC to lower and tell you about four of my favorite cafe racers. Ducati Monster S4 by Marco One Percenter 2. ,Honda CB 750 by Raccia Motorcycles 3. ,Yamaha RD 135 by Pedro Garbelini 4. ,Honda CG 125 by Fernando Casado Well this is my favorite list top 4 there are plenty more but These are the best from all aspects of cafe racers according to me. Can a Honda CG125 safely carry 2 adults who weigh 26 stone?
Yes it can as many CG (and their clones) in the developing world have proven. HOWEVER the manual says not to exceed 180kilos that means bike, rider(s) fluids (petrol/engine oil) and because you’re going over the vehicle weight limit pushing the total weight to 280 kilos. You will likely be breaking the law in any developed country that is either driving/riding an overloaded vehicle or exceeding the weight classes. In the UK at least it’s rather common. Somebody buys a caravan loads it with stuff and suddenly it’s more than 3.5 tons and all of a sudden the person is not driving in accordance with their license. If you choose to do it overinflate the tyres and don’t take any luggage.

BOTH extremely RELIABLE BOTH worthy of your hard earned dollars Corolla VS Civic Camry VS Accord Too close too call COMPARED to most other manufacturers, Toyota and Honda have everybody else playing ‘catch-up’ TOYOTA has a slight edge because Engine Longevity Longer resistance to corrosion, especially body However, Hondas generally considered more FUN to drive and may handle slightly better due to lower CG (center of gravity) Not all drivers like the lower (bathtub) driver’s seating position. When it comes to serious SUVs like 4Runners and Land Cruiser, HONDA has no vehicles to compete Unibody cars aren’t as sturdy as True truck-based SUVs with steel full perimeter ladder frame and also NOT as powerful as V-8s especially for serious TOWING. And …….. 4Runners and Land Cruisers are 2 of the MOST RELIABLE vehicles ever made, used and abused all over the world. Again, edge goes to TOYOTA.
