What do you think of the Honda Dn 01 motorcycle?
Since they were only made for a couple of years, were way too expensive, and not very popular, I'd avoid it. Parts will become hard to find and expensive and you'll have a hard time selling it. A better choice would be the CTX 700. Edit: One other interesting tidbit about the DN01. The dealer nickname was Do Not Order One.
Do any motorcycles have CVT transmissions?

Is there any motorcycle in India with no gears just like Honda Activa?
The Activa is a scooter with a CVT, and its gearing takes advantage of the most torque the engine produces. That’s why it’s faster than most automatic scooters, which are If you mean you’d like a bike that looks more like a motorcycle, there are a few out there with CVT’s Automatic motorcycles I know off the top of my head: the Honda DN-01. Isn’t made anymore, though. The Honda NC700 has an automatic option and it’s a better looking bike. There’s also the Aprilia Mana 850. And almost any electric bike is automatic. Some have the option of a manual.
How can we install an automatic transmission on a motorcycle?
There are a few automatic motorcycles. My Dad's friend had a Honda 400 automatic back in the 80's, Moto Guzi made an automatic and I think there was one other, but I can't remember what it was. It's not generally possible to convert a standard motorcycle into an automatic. Here; I found a list of automatic, or quazi-automatic motorcycles: Some are currently being manufactured and others are only available used. Some do away with the clutch and require shifting while others are fully automatic. Some are true automatic transmissions, some auto clutching and others are CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions.) Others are/were available as straight drive or automatics. Why don't we have automatic transmission in bikes?
It's been done. There were the “Honda Matic” bikes of the 70s (and early 80s, I think), the Aprilia Mana as another answer mentioned, the briefly produced Honda DN-01, a hydraulic CVT, and a number of current or recent Honda products with DCT transmissions, and I'm sure there are others. So there haven't been a lot to choose from, but from what I know they haven't generally been big sellers. It doesn't help that they've been offered mostly in niche, higher end models, like the Gold Wing, VFR1200, and the somewhat funky CTX cruiser models. But mostly there just doesn't seem to be a big demand for it in motorcycles. Not sure why, though I know it's not something I'm particularly interested in having on a bike.
