Last time I went to the service center to ask for replacement of parts. The salesman promised that he would replace the car jerk and hook bracket for me. As I was busy with business then I had no time to do the replacements. That salesman told me that I could come next time. This time I went there again. It was another salesman who served me. He refused to do the replacements for me and he told me that I should call the salesman who promised to get things done for me. However, he had resigned. What the hell is going on? It’s that the way how Nissan service workers cheated their customers? I bought this car from Yik Heng and I have the right to ask them for after-sales service. Don’t buy your Navara in that outlet!
