The facelifted 2024 Honda City Hatchback has been launched in Thailand, following recent sightings of undisguised units in the Kingdom.
Fresh for 2024, the facelift City Hatchback (HB) gains improved tech and safety features along the lines of the City sedan facelift that came before it, as well as a new e:HEV variant. The 2024 City HB is now offered in 5 variants in Thailand โ consisting of 3 turbocharged petrol and 2 e:HEV hybrid variants.

Prices range from THB 599k (~RM 80k) for the S+ variant to THB 749k (~RM 100k) for RS variants, and the new e:HEV SV variant slots before the range-topping e:HEV RS variant at THB 729k (~RM 97.4k) and THB 799k (~RM 106k) respectively. Prices are mostly unchanged from before and in fact, the e:HEV RS comes in cheaper than when it was launched in 2021, at THB 849k (~RM113k).
Elsewhere, powertrains remain the same with the 122 PS/173 Nm 1.0-litre three-cylinder VTEC turbo mill and the 109 PS/253 Nm 1.5-litre four-cylinder i-MMD two-motor full hybrid fitted in the e:HEV variants. Power is sent to the front wheels via a CVT automatic in the petrol and eCVT transmission in the e:HEV hybrid variants.
The 2024 City HB also receives the same safety and equipment updates as its sedan sibling, boasting the Honda Sensing ADAS suite in all variants, whilst the e:HEV SV and RS additionally receive Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow (LSF).

All SV and RS variants now also receive an 8-inch Touch Display Audio setup with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Aesthetically, the 2024 City HB feature a revised front and rear bumper, whilst the RS variants get LED headlights and taillamps, as well as a new 16-inch black wheel design to spice up proceedings.
Back in Malaysia, the pre-facelift Honda City Hatchback is locally assembled (CKD) in Pegoh, Melaka and offered in 5 variants at the following prices:
