Intro Synergy, a GoAuto Group subsidiary, has officially launced the Neta V in Malaysia, priced at RM 100,000 (OTR excluding insurance). This makes it the cheapest EV in Malaysia currently, at RM 530 less than the Standard Range BYD Dolphin.
It houses a 38.54 kWh battery, offering a 380 km range (NEDC). The electric motor generates 95 PS and 160 Nm, reaching a top speed of 120 km/h with 0-50 km/h acceleration in 3.9 seconds.

AC charging is rated at 6.6 kW, while DC charging goes up to 100 kW, which charges the Neta V from 20% - 80% in 30 minutes.
Features include 16-inch alloy wheels, LED lights, keyless entry, leatherette seats, a 12-inch digital instrument panel, and a 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system with phone projection.
Safety features include two airbags, ABS, EBD, brake assist, traction control, and ESC. No active driver assistance systems are present.
Buyers can opt for two packages, one offering a home charger, V2L adapter, powered tailgate, window tint film, an external air purifier, insurance, and a body kit. The other option provides interest-free financing for up to seven years, subject to qualification.
Initially, the Neta V is fully imported CBU) from China, but plans are underway to establish local assembly (CKD) with Careplus, with assembly expected to start by the end of 2024.
The Neta V comes with a 5-year/150,000 km warranty for general parts, 8-year/180,000km for high-voltage EV components (battery and charger), and 10-year/200,000km for the body. It comes in five exterior colours: Sakura Pink, Sky Blue, Moonlight Green, Midnight Gray, Cyan, and White Storm.
