Reason why I bought this car

To replace my 18 years old manual Perodua Kelisa 1.0.

Car selection process

• I had a budget of: RM RM700-50/month
• Models that I have considered include: Perodua Axia Style

The reason why I choose this car

• Reasonable price with attractive advanced safety system
• Fuel efficient
• Low maintenance cost
• Nice red colour

User experience

I have already done 450 km. My average fuel consumption is 9.1L/100km.

Very easy to navigate. I don't really feel like driving an SUV. The advanced smart drive assist system is really impressive. The interior looks modern and comfortable. It really suits my lifestyle of a busy mother of two. The pick-up at traffic light is quite good.

Pros & Cons

Pros

• The price is really reasonable considering it is an SUV with an advanced safety system.
• The fuel efficiency is great for city use.  

Cons

• The interior can be a little small if you are a tall person. 

Summary

As a busy working mother of two, this car really suits my lifestyle. I look into three criteria before choosing a car, the look of the car, fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost. This Perodua Ativa really checked all the boxes. The sophisticated advanced smart drive assist system is the best feature of this car. The price you pay for this car is really worth it. 

Some interesting events

This is a new model and I received my car quite early, so many bypasser try to take a closer look and sometimes take photos even with me inside driving. Also my 4 years old daughter doesn't want to ride in his father's car anymore.
