The difference is mainly the body style. Lexus vehicles are identified by the letters. The numbers identify the engine in the car. Since you listed IS 350, GS 350, RC 350. They all have the same 3.5 V6 engine with minor engine tuning so the horsepower varies. The IS is a small 4 door sedan that’s comparable to a BMW 3 series. The GS is larger 4 door sedan similar to a BMW 5 series and has more luxurious features than the IS, although very similar. The RC is a 2 door coupe which is brand new to the Lexus line up beginning with the model year 2015.
