The fuel consumption of the Mazda MX-30 is -- (the most fuel-efficient), and the highest fuel consumption is --.
Fuel consumption is most intuitively measured as the fuel required to travel a unit distance, which is known as L/100 kilometers.
Here are the fuel consumption for Mazda MX-30 cars, according to Mazda official:
The fuel consumption of 2022 Mazda MX-30 High e-Skyactiv is -.
The fuel consumption of 2022 Mazda MX-30 Mid e-Skyactiv is -.
Fuel economy, as the inverse of fuel consumption is another common indicator, which is calculated as the distance traveled per unit of fuel, such as kilometers/liter or miles/gallon.
The fuel consumption of a car mainly depends on its power technology and size. These variables include:
1. Road, traffic and weather conditions
2. Driving style
3. Vehicle speed, load and condition
The following formula is used to calculate fuel consumption in liters/100km, which is the most commonly used measure of fuel consumption.
(Liters used × 100) ÷km traveled = litres per 100 kilometers.

The main star at Mazda’s booth at the ongoing 2024 Bangkok Motor Show (BMS) saw the return of the fan-favourite rotary engine to a production vehicle. The Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV is the first rotary-powered Mazda model in more than a decade, giving the Wankel motor a new lease of life as well as extending the range of the Hiroshima company’s first battery electric vehicle (BEV). The MX-30 range extender has an 830-cc rotary engine that acts as a backup generator. Since this is a series-type

Mazda dealers in Japan are now accepting pre-orders for the rotary-powered range-extended Mazda MX-30 Rotary EV. Unlike the battery-only MX-30 EV that we have here, this new MX-30 Rotary EV adds a small, lightweight 830cc rotary engine for use as a back-up generator. It’s technically a series-type plug-in hybrid, with a 17.8 kWh battery (~half of the MX-30 EV’s 35.5 kWh). Note that unlike the more common parallel-type plug-in hybrid, the MX-30 Rotary EV’s series hybrid setup’s rotary engine has

In a bid to accelerate its electrification efforts and catch up with rivals, Mazda is set to launch its first dedicated electric vehicle (EV) model in 2027, according to CEO Masahiro Moro. Although many may recall the battery electric vehicle (BEV) version of the Mazda MX-30, it’s also available as a hybrid, leaving the Hiroshima-based carmaker without an EV-only model. Following the launch of the dedicated EV model, Mazda will be looking to boost production of EV-only models from 2028 onwards.
