The quality of car body construction is poor, and there are defects everywhere. A few months after I bought a new car, there was a noise problem. Give them feedback on the noise generated by chassis and steering during steering. They checked and said it was the absorber problem, and they will replace it with a new one within two weeks. Two weeks later, there was no news at all. When I called them, all they told me was to keep tracking their headquarters to find new absorbers. It's been over a month now, and every time I call them to check their status, they still tell me the same excuse. I'm tired of waiting. Let my mechanic friend check it out. He said there was nothing wrong with the shock absorber. Noise comes from steering rack! Customer service is also poor. Every time I call them, they promise to check and call me back, but they never do this ... not once!
