I just want to give a huge shout out to the best dealership I have ever got a car from! My personal salesperson was Jordanny Medina and other than being awesome he made sure we were comfortable, my children was good with games and a kid area for them to play and watch TV. They have amazing customer service and team there! Plus the best Kia dealer that has the best of the best on the lot! You tell them what you want and need and they make it happen to a comfortable and content feeling with your purchase after you walk out that door and leave in your new car! All my family purchases cars from them and they have never gone anywhere else! The quality customer service does not end there they have amazing warranties and continued support from your salesperson after your purchase in whatever you may need they are always willing to help if they can. I loved it there! I highly recommend to all my family and friends!!
Exceptional service at such a hard time when cars are being held hostage at the port! Julia was a top notch sales advisor from the start. She never pressured me into anything. She was very sweet, listened to what I wanted and updated me every step of the way. Denis in finance was another top notch finance representative. Update: I left a 2 Star review for the Service department last week, but would like to update my current review. After this incident of forgetting to close the oil cap, i had oil spilling, for almost a week, all over my engine compartment. The General manager Mciver reached out to me and offered to reimburse the money i paid for the Service and also to schedule a new appointment to bring in my 2021 Sorento, that i left for the day, while they gave me a loaner car. I greatly appreciate how they handled the issue with so much professionalism. When i picked up my car, it was squeaky clean under the hood this time, also the under body was taken care off. That's the Service i expect when i pay this kind of money. They proofed that it's worth coming back and i will definitely. ◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇ This review is more for the Service Department. Our experience in buying a new car was excellent, but after the second Service here I'm more than bummed. First of all it's excessive expensive, second they forgot to close the oil cap and after a week driving i realize this yellowish greasy stuff coming from underneath my hood. I open up and i see that the oil wasn't closed right. So oil splashed ALL OVER my engine compartment. I have a huge oil stain in my driveway now. I called today and complained about this issue, they offered me to come in right away. When i arrived i explained what the car needs are and that it needs a complete engine bay clean and also under body wash, since oil went all over and underneath!! They promised me to take care of. After about 30 min i was told it is done. At the first look it seemed fine, but when i got back home, i saw that they didn't do much. They just sprayed degreaser on top and wiped it off. So there is still oil underneath, in between cables and in all corners. The didn't clean right under the hood, now i have oil stains burned into paint already. I know it's under the hood and you won't see it, anyways, it was a brandnew car that we were taking extremely good care of it and now parts of it are ruined and it's not even our fault. I'm very disappointed in the Service department, especially since i paid almost $600 for the last maintenance appointment.
Proud owner of a KIA Seltos 2022 Nightfall edition. I am extremely happy with the customer service provided by the staff in Capitol Kia, specially to Francisco and Denis. I am a first time owner in the United States and they explained me with great level of detail every document and process.
