Recently purchased an Audi S5 from this dealership and it was a great experience. The salesman I worked with (Michael Condosta) was very polite, explained all the steps, very welcoming and very conscientious of my time. I was given a fair offer on my trade in. I also worked with the Jeremy in finance, he again was very polite, explained everything thoroughly and I didn't feel like he was pushing anything on me. Lastly Anthony Lento gave me a thorough overview on the car and he was very welcoming as well. Overall, I will go back to this dealership for my next Audi and I would recommend that other folks visit this place as well. It was a plus that the dealership was very clean and spacious and they had me out the door in a reasonable time. Very happy with my purchase.

Just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was good customer service ! Elvin was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly as possible, I had scheduled to pick up the truck on Saturday early in the morning, he made sure I was in and out of there. Most dealership make you wait hours to get your vehicle ready for you. Received the truck with no issues and very clean inside and out !

Don’t bother going to another dealership! I, with my brother’s help, recently got an A5 from DCH Millburn and what could have easily been a nightmare turned out to be such a pleasant experience. We walked in knowing we had an unconventional purchase plan (buyer/owner differences, car will be used in Texas) but Jack and Ziad were most accommodating. They initialized the sale and gave us a tour of the vehicle and discussed all our finance options. Jeremy advised us openly about the issues brought on by purchasing the vehicle in a different state from where it needed to be registered and was willing to work through it with us. He was also quick with the paperwork, which was greatly appreciated. Emad and Tony were instrumental in finalizing the sale. Emad gave me an in-depth look of the interior and straightened out the last few kinks in the insurance paperwork, etc. Tony gave a thorough explanation/demonstration of all of the tech features my new car offers and set up my Audi account in time for the sale closeout. All throughout the process, they were nothing but understanding, patient, and nice. An outstanding sales team for sure! My only grievance is that I won’t be able to work with what I am certain is an equally fantastic service department. Thank you, DCH! Hope Texas shows me the same five-star treatment!
