Excellent Service and Communication! We searched online for a 2022 Hybrid Accord in a specific color. We talked to Tom, who gave us all of the details and specs of the model and answered our questions-we have never owned a hybrid. We picked up our vehicle when it arrived, test drove it and signed all the paperwork. The whole process was seamless and easy. Tom really listened to what we wanted, patiently answered our questions. He didn't give us the "Salesman" treatment but really helped us to decide what we wanted. I would recommend Antrim Honda to any one who is looking for a Family friendly dealership with a great staff (who also have great taste in music!)

We just bought our first Honda CRV so this is the first time my wife and I were ever at Antrim Way Honda. The guys in the service department were very nice and helpful. They did a complete check over of the car and made the repair that needed done and then they did a complimentary car wash on our car. I was impressed. Although I work in Hagerstown, I do not have any regrets about going out of my way to have Antrim Way Honda service my vehicle. My '05 Accord was due for a big service. I dropped it off after hours and picked it up after hours. Dwight took such great care of me and my car. He was informative, Stayed in contact with me via phone, text, and email throughout the entire process. Life moves fast sometimes and I completely forgot to put my updated insurance and registration in the car for inspection. Dwight let me know and I had it all sent over for him to complete the inspection. When I picked the car up, it was clean, service completed and Dwight had my paperwork setting right on my seat. I was taking my car to a closer Honda dealer but I felt like they were just trying to sell me. Not take care of me. Antrim Way Honda took CARE of me. I felt like Family. Thank you!

This place was a life saver yesterday. Got off the interstate to eat lunch and had major brake noise on my CRV. Very serendipitous that this dealership was in close driving distance. I love my local Friendly Honda dealer at home, but this is the next best thing. They diagnosed the problem and were able to work me in and do the job in a couple of hours. So grateful for them!! It is a three generation business that definitely takes pride in what they do. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful little cafe inside the dealership so I was able to get lunch while I waited. It all made a very unplanned car repair, miles away from home, in a totally unknown town, painless and MUCH easier than it might have been.
