A really good place to send your car for service. The experience is different. From the front all the way to the back, their staff were amazing. No matter what you asked they explained it clearly. A place that I would recommend all my friends and family using their Proton vehicles to go.
The services are okay, not too long waiting time. The staffs are friendly & helpful. The waiting area is also quite comfortable, with plenty comfy seats & free tea served for customers. They also have very clean toilets & prayer rooms for Muslims. Parking spots may be a bit of a problem but the security guard might help you for this. P/S: If it gets too long, do remind them.
overall for the service experience as below; 1. long waiting time even with booking confirmed. (waiting time + service time need at least 3 hours) 2. Slow response customer representative. 3. no refreshments given if you rush to here in the morning. 4. no pre/post check item which conducts the job 5. no pre/post check item for followup on next service.
Doesn't deserve a star at all. NEVER NEVER sent ur car here. LONG waiting time(4days) so far. If ur car too much waited to repair, don't tell me can send my car there la when I called. Called them to quote me the price since Monday until now (Wednesday) still no response BTW the 4/5 stars reviews how much u bought?

We have seen this rivalry coming, but pitting a Chery against a Proton is not new in the 3-row segment. 15 years ago, the rivalry between the Chinese and Malaysian carmakers came to a head in the then-popular MPV segment. The Proton Exora dominated the market with its sheer space, abundant features, and affordable price. Meanwhile, the Chery Eastar presented a larger and more powerful powertrain for just RM 10,000 more than the top-of-the-range Exora. That presented the Eastar as the first succe

Proton has showcased a modified version of Proton S70 sedan at the 2024 Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS), named the S70 Concept. This performance-inspired iteration of the sedan follows the S70’s recent entry into endurance racing at the Sepang 1000KM, where the S70 R3 race car clinched fifth in its class. While the S70 Concept remains a showpiece with no immediate plans for production, its design hints at Proton’s potential to expand its R3 accessories range or introduce special
