The Star reports that Malaysians could soon be scanning their MyKad to access targeted fuel subsidies. Toyota Australia and BHP, the mining company, have announced a new trial of the Toyota Hilux battery electric vehicle (BEV) prototype, marking the first test of its kind for the vehicle.
