This is my second time leasing a car from them and my Client Advisor-James Ylagan went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect vehicle that fit my commute and budget needs. The entire car buying process took a little over 2 months because I wanted a specific car at the right price point. James checked in with me on a weekly basis and kept me updated on the new cars they received, and advised me of their options, special features/packages, interior and exterior colors, prices, etc. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and always exhibited care and patience, when I expressed a concern. His actions demonstrated that he cared more about making sure I got a car that checked all of my boxes, over just making another sale and that made all of the difference for me! Jim Burke and his team performed great care for my car. I definitely can say - this is the best service team that I have experience with. They organization , updates on progress of my car, making sure that I have replacement car if I need ,it was always there for me. I felt being cared for and not just a number in line. I recently bought 2022 x3 from this dealership. The entire process was effortless only because of Jason Burger, the internet sales manager. It was very pleasure working with him and took care of end to end process and listen to customers empathetically without being a typical “sales guy”. He worked with me patiently, understanding my requirements to come up with the best pricing, took care of my old car trade. Followed up with me proactively all the way till delivery.
