We bought our first car at Northstar Kia and had an excellent experience. Our salesman, Jacob, was wonderful. From when i met him a few days prior to buying the car, we connected and he wanted to make sure we got the best deal and he took care of us. We came in right before Labor Day and there were so many people also trying to get a car, he still did an excellent job managing. He kept updating us for where we were in the process and negotiated a perfect Price for the car and insurance. Absolutely wonderful, i highly recommend if you’re in the market for a car/ go here and ask for Jacob and Gabriel.

When my husband and I came to Northstar we were already overwhelmed of car shopping for the past 2 weeks. But as soon as we came in Sarah made us feel so welcomed and was so attentive (even to my little daughters which she provided snacks to) she understood exactly what we needed and worked with us, she explained everything and made the process so fast and easy (literally the fastest process I’ve had when purchasing a car). I had a great experience buying my car here. I was helped by Ragine -( I highly recommend her!) throughout the process and I got the car that I wanted. Employees that I came in contact with during the process were friendly - I even had a chance to meet the manager of the dealerships as well who seemed nice. They didn't have a wide selection of cars so the first time I went in, I requested Regine to get back in touch with me when they got the car I wanted. About 3 days later she got back to me when they had the vehicle on the lot, I came in for a test drive, and to complete the purchase then. Because I got a recently released 2023 model car - options were very limited. However, in general they didn't seem to have many car options/trims on the actual lot.

If you go to this dealership you MUST ask for Adam!!! On Tuesday 4/5/22 my 2013 Kia Optima finally ran its course. I was extremely stressed and worried because I drive soo much and can not be without a car. I got Adam’s number from a friend who said he was a great guy and to be honest my first thought was “all salesmen are liars” so I was expecting the typical salesman pitch. He let me know he was leaving at 7 to which I responded “I can’t get there until 630 maybe I shouldn’t come” he insisted I still come saying he doesn’t mind waiting. Long story short this man really catered to me! I almost didn’t get the car because my insurance and he went out of his way to find me better deals- on insurance! All he’s supposed to do is sell me a car and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He explained in detail everything about the car, and no he didn’t “sell” me anything, he asked me questions about my life and made sure my needs were met according to what was going on in my life like how my favorite color is blue & now my car is too! He was sooo personable, kind, patient and very straight to the point with full honesty! Even after Tuesday, he’s been checking on me asking me how the car rides, if I’m happy with my purchase, if I need anything else, etc. I kept him 3hrs AFTER he was supposed to leave and he reassured me he didn’t mind and he was happy to help me. He is literally an angel and I’m going to continue to recommend him to everyone I meet who needs a car- already told 2 people to go to him! The other employees were also very nice as well. 10 stars if I could! First time I’ve ever had such an amazing experience in a car dealership before.
