Dulles Motorcars 5 STARS From the minute I texted the dealership, they were nothing but professional, honest and very different from other dealer horror stories you hear about. The Sales Representative Nima, answered my text immediately and answered all my questions professionally and promptly. I wanted to make a deal with the manager before traveling 2 hours in traffic. One of the managers Tim, called me within minutes. We discussed the vehicle of my interest, he answered my questions, we came to an agreement and he put it all together, so I wouldn't have to sit at the dealership long. After my test drive, we sat with Wilson, the business manager, who I can't praise enough. Not only did he beat my credit unions rate, he was very pleasant to deal with on all the other products we wanted to discuss, even though it was after 9pm. If you want a great experience buying or selling your vehicle, you must go see these guys, I wish they were in my hometown. Thank you Nima, Tim and Wilson!!!

My experience was nothing short of amazing!!! I went to another dealer prior to this and felt like they were trying to force me into getting a vehicle I didn't want... However it was complete opposite at Dulles Kia...I drove all the way from Richmond VA and when I got there, Jonathan exceeded my expectations he had the car I was interested in sitting out from waiting on me, he took the time to explain every little detail about the two models I was interested in the vibe was just right!! The best Kia Dealership! I feel like I need to share my great experience as a past car owner of MANY cars. I love my Kia Optima, on a dark, rainy night my car started dying on 81N, I was able to get off at a rest stop. After having my car towed to the Leesburg Kia Dealership I found out my car’s engine and starter went bad. A very costly repair BUT it turned out my cars engine and other parts were covered under warranty! That is great 👍 but what was the BEST? It was the customer service! The dealership and their incredible employees from Ali in Service letting me know every step of the way what was happening to Angel procuring a brand new VIP Loaner KIA vehicle for my use during the service time. I know in a time of work service shortages it can be frustrating and all the more reason to give this Kia Dealership and their amazing staff a GREAT REVIEW! Their actions made me want to own a Kia for the rest of my life!
