Perodua kickstarted the trend here with the Perodua Axia Style and it proved to be quite the winner. So much so that Proton followed suit with the Proton Iriz Active. Which begs the question; why isn’t there a Perodua Myvi Style?

Never say never but if Perodua were to roll one out with a raised height and some muscular cladding, graphics rendering maestro Theophilus Chin has probably nailed what it would look like.

], 'div-gpt-ad-1685525140735-0').addService(googletag.pubads()); googletag.pubads().enableSingleRequest(); googletag.pubads().collapseEmptyDivs(); googletag.enableServices(); });
googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1685525140735-0'); });
More of a case of hand-me-up than a hand-me-down as the Myvi slips into the Axia Style’s clothing, you could say there’s definitely plenty of potential in this variant. Seeing that regular Myvis are already climbing curbs and flying over roundabouts, having a little ground clearance would definitely cement its status as the king of Malaysian roads and skies.
Theophilus has blessed the hatch with a taller stance and pretty much melded the Axia Style’s grey cladding around the facelifted front façade. The grey continues around the foglamp and front bumper lip with the very same faux-metal skid plate curving around the bottom of the lower lip.

Continuing along the sides, the grey cladding bridges the wheel arches all the way to the rear that also receives the rendering treatment. Filling those arches are the same wheels as the regular Myvi. Up top, the roof rails were carried over and made to fit.
Flip it around and the “Myvi Style” makes do with the same grey inserts along the side of the rear bumper with the grey cladding coming around full circle with the faux skid plate taking centerstage.
Undoubtedly, Perodua has definitely considered this but it remains to be seen if it comes to fruition or we’ll just have to continue dreaming about it every night. If it does become a reality, well… prepare yourselves as the king of Malaysia roads just got an upgrade.
