Intro Synergy Sdn Bhd (ISSB), the exclusive distributor of Neta, has announced its Lifetime Warranty Program and Neta Loyalty Program.

"Through rigorous manufacturing protocols and intense validation and testing, we wholeheartedly endorse this revolutionary warranty."
Effective immediately, the Lifetime Warranty Program applies to the first 500 new customers (individual owners for non-commercial usage) purchasing the Neta V from 1-April to 30-June 2024. This warranty covers critical components including the battery, motor, and motor controller unit.

ISSB has also introduced the Neta Loyalty Program, designed to reward and elevate the ownership experience for participants. Under this program, customers will receive exclusive privileges and benefits tailored to enhance their journey with Neta.
These perks include potential rewards of up to RM 24,300, discounted prices on selected accessories, eligibility for lucky draws, and more.
Existing customers of the Neta V will also have the opportunity to enjoy the same benefits by participating in the Neta Loyalty Program.

To recap, the Neta V is currently the most affordable BEV in Malaysia, priced at RM 100,000 (on-the-road without insurance). Power comes from a single electric motor that does 95 PS and 150 Nm, juiced by a 38.5 kWh lithium-ion-type nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) battery pack. DC fast charging is rated at up to 100 kW, while AC charging goes up to 6.6 kW.
