BMW Malaysia has introduced a new variant for the locally-assembled (CKD) BMW X7, the xDrive40i M Sport, priced at RM 728,800 (OTR without insurance, inclusive of the extended warranty and service package) which is RM 20k more than the Pure Excellence variant.

The BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport gets M Aerodynamics package as standard, giving it a more aggressive appearance. This is complemented by the 22-inch 758 M alloy wheels, M Sport brake and Individual exterior line aluminium.

Power comes from the B58 3.0-litre turbocharged straight-six engine with 340 PS/450 Nm, paired to an 8-Speed automatic transmission that drives all four wheels via the xDrive all-wheel drive system. 

The M Sport variant also retains the seven-seater configuration, Panorama Glass Sky Roof, BMW Laserlight, as well as the BMW Display Key.

Inside, the New BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport there’s the Glass Application Crafted in the centre console, Harman Kardon Surround Sound and BMW Live Cockpit Professional. Also new is the fine-wood trim 'Fineline' Black with metal effect high-gloss.

Seats are upholstered with Vernasca genuine leather, available in three colours - Vernasca Cognac, Vernasca Coffee and Vernasca Black.

Safety wise, it gets the Driving Assist with Active Cruise Control and Start & Stop function, along with the Parking Assistant Plus that features a 360-degree camera.

Exterior colour choices for the BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport include Black Sapphire, Mineral White and Manhattan Metallic. Exclusive for the M Sport variant is the Arctic Grey Brilliant Effect.
