Since its introduction in early-March, the 2021 Perodua Ativa has proven to be a very popular model. 

To-date, Perodua has collected more 8,000 bookings for its latest SUV, with slightly more than 70% opting for the range-topping 1.0 AV variant. The mid-spec 1.0 H variant made up more than 20% of the bookings, while the remaining opted for the entry-level 1.0 X variant.

Perodua aims to deliver an average of 3,000 units a month.

In fact, there is a 3-month-long waiting list for the two-tone colour option of the Ativa, while for those who booked the single-tone body colour can get their units almost immediately.

To recap, the 2021 Perodua Ativa is Perodua’s first-ever model to feature a turbocharged engine in the form of a 1-litre 1KR-VET found in the Ativa is good for 98 PS and 140 Nm. Drive is sent to the front wheels via a Dual-mode CVT (D-CVT).

It is priced from RM 61,500 to RM 72,000, on-the-road, without insurance.
