Along with the introduction of the locally-assembled (CKD) Mercedes-Benz GLC 300e Coupe, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has also announced an update for the fully-imported (CBU) 2022 Mercedes-AMG GLB 35.

The 2022 Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 is priced at RM 392,582 (OTR without insurance, with 5 percent SST), compared to RM 363,136 previously, which is an increase of around RM 29k. For bookings made from 1-July 2022 after the SST exemption period expires, the GLB 35’s price will be set at RM 405,888.

As for the changes, the 2022 Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 is now equipped with Parking Package with 360-degree camera, Head-up Display, AMG Performance steering wheel in Nappa leather with AMG steering buttons, MBUX Interior Assistant, and Surround Lighting with projection of the brand logo in dark surroundings.

One item dropped is the Burmester sound system, now fitted with a 10-speaker 225-watt system.

The rest remains as before, with power coming from an M260 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that makes 306 PS/400 Nm, mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.
