Spied: Is this the next-gen, all-new 2022 Honda CR-V, or USA-spec HR-V?

Honda's line-up is getting a thorough shake-up in the near future - here's purportedly the all-new, next-gen 2022 Honda CR-V spied testing in Canada.
Although still unconfirmed, there's a couple of reasons why this could be a CR-V - for one, the currently-sold, fifth generation model has been around for five years - historically, the CR-V gets a new generation around the same time frame.
The other is about where it was spotted. The source reports that this camouflaged car was spotted in Sunderland, Ontario - just an hour away from Honda of Canada's Alliston plant that exclusively assembles the Honda Civic and CR-V for the North American market.
Could it also be the HR-V?
Other than it being the next-gen CR-V, speculations are equally rife about this being the next-gen, North American-market specific all-new Honda HR-V.
In an earlier story, we mentioned that the North American market "will differ from the Honda Vezel/HR-V that will be introduced in other regions", which also means a different design.
