Hilux is Malaysia’s most common pickup truck. My 2016 model year is equipped with a 2.4-liter turbocharged diesel engine. Hilux is really big in size, and it takes a lot of effort to climb into the cabin. Due to the sluggish steering response, the turning radius is also large. I am not sure if this issue has been resolved in future models. But this may be the most difficult machine Toyota has ever produced. Despite its large size, Hilux still looks stylish. As a daily utility vehicle, it is a sturdy truck with a towing capacity of more than 3 tons.
