I just purchased a car from Yanai Rogers, and let me tell you - the experience could not have been more perfect. About 6 months or so ago, I told Infiniti EXACTLY what I was looking for, knowing that it would take some time for the exact car I wanted to come on the lot. Yanai sent me a text the moment my perfect car hit the lot, and in less than an hour we had arrived at a purchase agreement. She is not pushy, she listens, and truly cares for her clients (she's sent a few text messages since the purchase asking how everything is going, she's saving something I left in my trade in vehicle for me, she's just the bee's knees). I will be recommending her to friends, family, and strangers on the street.

I had the pleasure of helping my parents purchase a trade-in Audi at Infiniti Omaha and from the start I appreciated the transparency of the dealership. They didn't waste our time trying to sell additional products or make promises they couldn't keep. They were upfront about the price and that the vehicle still needed inspection when we first test drove it. They promised that if they found any issues, they would use their own money to pay for repairs. They did exactly that and made sure all of our questions were answered before signing any documents.
