Where do I start. I checked their website for a great find on this beautiful x4, sent them a message on confirming availability and price…within a few minutes, they call me back and schedule an appointment for me to come in a few days later. They even emailed me a confirmation 24hours beforehand which was a nice touch. I get to the dealership and the facility is gorgeous. Not one crumb on the floor. My sales advisor Peter Chrzanowski, greets me by the receptionist right on time. We chit chat a little and then do a quick test drive…everything runs smoothly, he answers all my questions, we chit chat some more to discuss options. They even has another advisor come over and walk me through the entire car features and controls, which was a great touch. All in all it took a few hours to get all the papers signed and be out the door with my new wheels. The bonus was that they even dropped off my new car to my residence the same day since I drove to the dealership by myself. Excellent service and great staff. I will be definitely coming back.

Had an phenomenal experience at Paul Millers service shop! Juanita my service advisor provided me with a 5 star service! She was very patient, compassionate and VERY helpful throughout the whole process. Provided me with a FREE loaner for doing the services I needed to take care of on my X5 5.0i. The BMW tech sent videos, providing me with accurate diagnosis making me feel secure and confident with going through on the repairs. The price was more than reasonable and now my truck runs like I got it off the showroom! Going back for all my repairs! Thank you so much for being attentive. Ask for Juanita!!

Highly recommend going to Paul Miller BMW if you’re in the market for a new or used car. Great selection of high quality vehicles and a pleasant experience all around. Jay Shah and Alan Lee were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to make sure we left completely satisfied. Most car salesmen are pushy and pressure you into buying but we never once felt that way working with Jay. Alan went above and beyond to ensure the delivery of our new vehicle was a smooth process and that we left knowing how to use all of the car’s features. I plan to come back when it’s time for a new vehicle!
