The BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership! Stefan Marrero was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very kind, thorough, and helpful. He was always a text or phone call away, if we needed something, and even took the time to explain all of the features of our new car. We have been to many different dealerships over the years, but we instantly felt the most comfortable here. Stefan’s excellent customer service has won us over and we are definitely going to be loyal customers from now on! Matter of fact, we are coming back to get a 2nd car with Stefan soon. Very pleased with the entire process and how quick and easy it was, all thanks to Stefan and the rest of the Land Rover South Dade team. We would give 10+ stars, if we could!
Carlos, my service technician is fantastic. He was patient, spoke my language (I am clueless mechanically), and explained everything to me in a professional and digestible way. Though very busy, he made me feel as though I was the most important customer and I truly believe that he treated me the same as he would have treated a family member. He was open, honest, direct and caring and my vehicle was returned spotless and driving beautifully. Kudos. Perfect 10 and I'm a tough grader. I have a general distrust of auto repair representatives but this experience was uniquely different. I am confident that I was treated and charged fairly as well as presented with a variety of short, medium and long term options. No gimmicks. True professionalism.
I was looking for a truck and saw a good deal on Car Gurus. The problem was the dealership was 3 hours away. I have had ups and downs with car dealerships over the years and was apprehensive dealing over the phone before making the drive but thought a phone call couldn't hurt. First I started with a text inquiry. Within minutes I had a response asking how they could help me. It was Jose Basso, a sales consultant, who texted back. He didn't blast me with a phone call. I appreciate that. I called him and he was so considerate I felt instantly comfortable. We did most everything by phone. Trade in details, financing, etc. I decided to take the 3 hour drive and check out the truck. It was better than advertised and a very good price. Never once did I feel pressured to buy but once I did the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Daniel in finance was easy going and funny but also very knowledgeable and easy to ask questions to. The whole experience beginning to end was the best I've ever had anywhere! Highly recommend!!!
Purchased a used Velar last week and what a surprisingly great experience. Our salesman Felix was outstanding. the guy can flat out sell. Wish every dealership handles it clients the way the do here.
British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) is suffering from a huge parts shortage in the UK as its workshops are facing a severe crisis and are running out of courtesy cars. According to Car Dealer Magazine, around 10,000 cars are awaiting parts all around the United Kingdom with half of them being stuck off the road at dealerships. According to a report by The Edge, Sime Darby Bhd-controlled Inokom Corp Sdn Bhd is currently at the tail end of contract assembly negotiations with China’s Chery Automobile Co Ltd. The Chinese carmaker is planning to make a return to Malaysia in 2023.
