My engine light and another sensitive light came on while driving early Saturday morning. After calling three other dealerships, Scott Frison at Brown's Alexandria immediately understood the urgency and invited me to bring in my car on a busy Saturday and gave me his cell number in case the car didn't make it or I ran into additional difficulty with it. He was very clear about the challenge of getting an appointment on a fully booked Saturday, but was savvy enough to understand that I needed to bring in the car immediately given the nature of my car's indication. This fundamental understanding was lost on the other dealerships. Once I arrived he was more hospitable than I've ever experienced at a dealership from dealership details like locations of the bathroom and refreshments to key fob hacks. Throughout my day-long stay he updated me on the car's status and introduced me to the person reviewing my car, who was comprehensive in his explanation of what was happening to the car and potential reasons. My car had to stay several days. On his day off, Scott called me with a heads up that the car would be ready - which was critical given my work and travel schedule. It's been over a month, so I don't remember the other details, but I remember during my experience that I felt like I was at the Four Seasons -where your needs are anticipated, there's an attention to detail and there is generous hospitality. Although my schedule didn't allow me to write this review earlier, I'm writing it now because the engine light came on again earlier this week and when I called Scott, he immediately had me bring in the car. I'm awaiting back-ordered part so the saga continues, but so far, Scott's service continues to be outstanding. THANK YOU!!!
We just bought a car here and it was a fantastic experience! Anthony and Partho were very helpful and took care of all our questions and concerns during the car buying process. Also huge special shout-out to Brian for going above and beyond to get us a spectacular deal and following up with us and our questions on setting up the car in the week after we bought it. Even though we had finished the buying process, he was still there to help us! We love our car and cannot recommend Brown’s Alexandria Mazda enough! Truly an excellent experience and a wonderful team.
My wife and I were looking to sell our 2019 Mazda 3 as it is no longer needed. Brian was quick to reach out and offer a fair price for the vehicle. We bought it in later that evening, and Chad helped us out with the paperwork to sell it to them. He was very friendly and made the process extremely easy! If you're in the market to buy or sell a car, definitely reach out to Browns Alexandria Mazda!
Great job by the service team at Brown’s! They were friendly, fast and thorough. I took my car here for routine service and they identified an issue with my vehicle and sent me a video of the problem so I could confidently authorize service immediately. Car is up and running great and all done same day. I’ll definitely be back!
In Malaysia, the gap between the Mazda CX-3 and Mazda CX-5 is filled by the Mazda CX-30. Why isn’t there a Mazda CX-4? There exists a Mazda CX-4, but it’s a China-only model. The Mazda CX-4 was first introduced in 2016 but it was discontinued late last year. The Mazda CX-30 is also sold in China but it’s uncompetitive the salvo of Chinese battery EV (BEV) models coming onto the market. This Mazda Arata concept is developed in partnership with Mazda’s local partner Changan, and if its sloping roo

Mazda recently unveiled its fourth and latest model of the Large Product Group, the Mazda CX-80 for the European market. The crossover is essentially the CX-60 with a 3-row seating configuration, the first Mazda of its kind in Europe and will be the flagship model in the continent. “Graceful” seems to be the buzzword surrounding the CX-80’s development as it is described as a “Graceful Driving SUV” and embodies a “Graceful Toughness” design concept. The flagship model for Europe continues to fol

The Mazda 6 is perhaps one of the most classy and beautiful D-Segment sedans to ever come out of Japan. Beyond design, the Mazda 6 also blends astute driving dynamics and superb build quality and trademark Japanese reliability, albeit at higher maintenance costs than its rivals from Honda and Toyota. The main star at Mazda’s booth at the ongoing 2024 Bangkok Motor Show (BMS) saw the return of the fan-favourite rotary engine to a production vehicle. The Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV is the first rotary-powered Mazda model in more than a decade, giving the Wankel motor a new lease of life as well as extending the range of the Hiroshima company’s first battery electric vehicle (BEV). The MX-30 range extender has an 830-cc rotary engine that acts as a backup generator. Since this is a series-type
