My engine light and another sensitive light came on while driving early Saturday morning. After calling three other dealerships, Scott Frison at Brown's Alexandria immediately understood the urgency and invited me to bring in my car on a busy Saturday and gave me his cell number in case the car didn't make it or I ran into additional difficulty with it. He was very clear about the challenge of getting an appointment on a fully booked Saturday, but was savvy enough to understand that I needed to bring in the car immediately given the nature of my car's indication. This fundamental understanding was lost on the other dealerships. Once I arrived he was more hospitable than I've ever experienced at a dealership from dealership details like locations of the bathroom and refreshments to key fob hacks. Throughout my day-long stay he updated me on the car's status and introduced me to the person reviewing my car, who was comprehensive in his explanation of what was happening to the car and potential reasons. My car had to stay several days. On his day off, Scott called me with a heads up that the car would be ready - which was critical given my work and travel schedule. It's been over a month, so I don't remember the other details, but I remember during my experience that I felt like I was at the Four Seasons -where your needs are anticipated, there's an attention to detail and there is generous hospitality. Although my schedule didn't allow me to write this review earlier, I'm writing it now because the engine light came on again earlier this week and when I called Scott, he immediately had me bring in the car. I'm awaiting back-ordered part so the saga continues, but so far, Scott's service continues to be outstanding. THANK YOU!!!
We just bought a car here and it was a fantastic experience! Anthony and Partho were very helpful and took care of all our questions and concerns during the car buying process. Also huge special shout-out to Brian for going above and beyond to get us a spectacular deal and following up with us and our questions on setting up the car in the week after we bought it. Even though we had finished the buying process, he was still there to help us! We love our car and cannot recommend Brown’s Alexandria Mazda enough! Truly an excellent experience and a wonderful team.
My wife and I were looking to sell our 2019 Mazda 3 as it is no longer needed. Brian was quick to reach out and offer a fair price for the vehicle. We bought it in later that evening, and Chad helped us out with the paperwork to sell it to them. He was very friendly and made the process extremely easy! If you're in the market to buy or sell a car, definitely reach out to Browns Alexandria Mazda!
Great job by the service team at Brown’s! They were friendly, fast and thorough. I took my car here for routine service and they identified an issue with my vehicle and sent me a video of the problem so I could confidently authorize service immediately. Car is up and running great and all done same day. I’ll definitely be back!
Honda Australia has announced prices for its forthcoming 2023 Honda ZR-V which will take its place between the Honda HR-V and next-generation Honda CR-V. The ZR-V will close the gap between HR-V and CR-V models, in much the same way the Mazda CX-30 has become the middle child between the B-Segment CX-3 and larger CX-5. Raya weekend in Kuala Lumpur might sound like paradise for those who decided to not join the mass ‘balik kampung’ exodus. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy 4 days of smooth traffic and free tolls, right? Well, the reality is there is still some traffic in the city and those free tolls do not apply on the weekends but then again, when you have something like the Mazda CX-30 on your driveway, a trip around the not-so-traffic-free capital is still pretty enjoyable. The Mazda CX-30 is not an entirely new c

Conventional isn’t how one would describe the way things are done in Hiroshima, especially with regards to the cars it makes. Mazda’s always done things a little differently than its competitors, taking a “quality over quantity” approach, and that’s no different in its Mazda BT-50 pick-up truck. The modern pick-up itself has undergone a paradigm shift that’s seen it having to not just shoulder heavy loads but also seamlessly blend in with the VIP valet parking at the entrance of a fancy hotel. When developing a new FR platform for the Mazda CX-60, Mazda’s starting point was the human body Body schema is the science of body motion, the foundation of sports science Biggest challenge with FR platform is maintaining Mazda’s signature Jinba Ittai driving position – zero offset between pedals, steering and driver’s seat Mazda is very different from Toyota or Honda. It sells a lot less cars but rather than trying to close the gap in sales volume, Mazda is happy to stay where it is, taking pr

Over the weekend, Mazda announced that they will be cooperating with Changan to develop electrified models, starting with the Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. The Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is set to make its debut tomorrow at the Shanghai Auto Show and Mazda will debut two more new energy vehicles (NEVs) by the end of 2024 and 2025. These models will be co-developed with Mazda’s partner in China, Changan Motors. Earlier this year, Mazda transferred its Chinese business strategy function from its headquarters in Hir
