EP Manufacturing Bhd (EPMB), an automotive parts and components manufacturer has entered into a conditional share subscription agreement with Mutual Concept Sdn Bhd and Bermaz Capital (Bermaz Anshin), a subsidiary of Bermaz Auto Bhd. According to an EPMB announcement on Bursa Malaysia, the proposed placement intends to raise RM 39.65 million to partly finance the construction of EPMB’s manufacturing hub in Melaka.
