Overall excellent experience, my sales rep. Andrew, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, was a pleasure. My only issue, the 2019 JCW (9600 miles), pulls to the left. It's not tracking to the left, it actually pulls. I've put 1000 miles on it, so I'm 100% confident with my conclusion. I feel this should've been remedied before delivery. I take partial blame, because I drove a white one (same year and miles), and it didn't have this issue. Had many things on my mind while purchasing, and didn't complete my usual test drive and inspection. I figured it has plenty of warranty left, any issues should be covered. The dealership did agree to a free alignment, I decided to wait til' my new all seasons were installed, so I'm making the appointment soon. Love the JCW!

Our salesperson, Stephanie, took a good amount of time allowing us to test drive a number of MINIs when my wife and I went out to look at some cars on a whim. There was certainly no pressure to make a deal right then and there, and Stephanie was happy to bring up additional cars she thought might fit the bill, and was also happy to arrange some additional time later in the week to check out another car, which we did end up purchasing. I worked with Andrew Lee. Sales process and service was beyond exceptional! This is a rare thing for me to say as I work in sales, sales training, and sales and marketing enablement for global organizations. I live in Texas, own a 2014 Cooper Coupe Hardtop, and this is my second 2019 MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL4. The entire sale took place virtually online, text, phone, and a little bit of email. Andrew went in early, got the snow off the car, and FaceTimed me to show me the car. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer for me. I sent some money, scheduled a flight, got there the next day, finalized the purchase, and proceeded to drive it home. It was a most fabulous drive. Andrew did a great job of introducing me to the car, showing me all the features and benefits. I was surprised how many I remembered on the long drive home. MINIs are extraordinary cars. I highly recommend them, and highly recommend working with Motorwerks and Andrew. I'm sure the other folks are great too!
