For those who like actual reviews: Despite the times that we live in now, it’s sincerely nice to know that when you work hard, it pays off. If one was to compare the work they put into purchasing a vehicle in the first place, and they’ve also come to the conclusion that Infiniti offers some of the most reliable luxury vehicles available - I’d 100% Recommend Competition. Wouldn’t so much as glance at others. My experience as follows. :) In terms of courtesy, as well as honesty; I’d likely rate them 4 Billion stars. I left a voice message stating interest in one of their Q50 sports sedans and I received a return call within about 45 seconds. I found that to be impressive in of itself. In my own situation, I traded my prior vehicle in. I work a fairly hectic schedule, so upon first going to visit them in Saint James, I had to depart to head back to work. They were more than accommodating with my work schedule, so much so that I was able to orchestrate returning the next day with 0 issues. After some research on my own, I returned the next day and completed the trade-in, and left with the car in such a short span of time even I was somewhat surprised of their efficiency. To be honest, I think we all can agree efficiency and honesty aren’t often found within car buying, especially when the economy is trash and everyone is stressed. Well, that wasn’t the case when I purchased one of my dream vehicles here - and the experience was both extremely simplistic as well as borderline stress-free. They were quite knowledgeable, and in terms of financial explanations they were crystal clear. The car I purchased was certified pre-owned, and it was more than worth it. immaculate=Understatement - The car was in beautiful condition. It so happens that I work in sales in another type of market. Coinciding with the latter, I’m quietly extremely observant of both body language and verbiage. Taking that into account, the sales representative, Mike, was extraordinarily down to earth and was the most sincere gentleman I’ve ever encountered in car sales. It’s truly nice to have someone attending you that is compassionate to individualized situations - both financial, and otherwise, and still do their job. You honestly do not find that often in any area of sales - and I sincerely thank Mike for helping me into a car several years ago I’d see drive by and think I’d never realistically obtain in short order. 600000 Billion stars - Highly recommended - I will be returning again one day for another one. Thank you all. :)

Excellent! I purchased an Infiniti from out-of-state. Vinny Q and Darlene T promptly answered all my questions, even in moments of panic from buying a vehicle on the other side of the country. Vinny Q (sales) and Vincent T (sales manager) truly made me feel at ease with being so willing to do a virtual walk-around and sending updated photos of the vehicle. Darlene T (business manager) was amazing to work with for the financing/paperwork. Great, stand-up dealership all around. I don't know if I'll have the pleasure of working with them again being that I'm from another state, but I do Highly Recommend this team and dealership!
