The Nissan Note is a hybrid with an engine that functions solely as a generator. This is the powertrain that Nissan refers to as the “e-Power”. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because you’ve probably heard of the Thailand-made Nissan Kicks e-Power.

The all-new Note is Nissan’s answer to those who seek the instantaneous torque of an electric car, but don’t like to think about charging. You just have to fill up at a gas station like a normal ICE car.

In the Nissan Futures Webinar session, Nissan presented a study on the adoption of electric vehicles in the SEA region.

The data presented suggests that initial fears of EV problems such as range anxiety and lack of charging infrastructure have reduced over the years.
