Perodua Nexis and Traz trademarked
Could it be for the D27A Perodua Alza replacement model?
Perodua now has 6 names at their disposal
Perodua has just trademarked not one, but two names that they could potentially use on a new model. The names that Perodua recently trademarked are Nexis and Traz.
Both Nexis and Traz are filed under class 12, which typically covers most aspects of a car.
Could either name be fitted to the new D27A Perodua Alza replacement model? Or maybe even the upcoming D74A Perodua Axia replacement model?
After all, prior to the Perodua Ativa getting its official name, we speculated that Malaysia’s number one car manufacturer could pick between Impax, Lasaq, or Kembara for the little crossover. In the end, the Ativa name got picked – one that was trademarked way back in 2016.
With these two names trademarked, Perodua has roughly six unused names at their disposal – Lasaq, Impax, Myca, Axeda, as well as the aforementioned Nexis and Traz.
