It’s time to mark your calendar, as Perodua has confirmed that the 2022 Perodua Alza will launch on this Wednesday, 20-July at 12pm. 

Similar to earlier Perodua launches, the launch of the all-new Perodua Alza will be livestreamed on various platforms, including Perodua’s own Facebook page.

Bookings for the all-new 2022 Perodua Alza were opened since 23-June and Perodua has revealed some preliminary specifications of its upcoming B-segment MPV.

As standard, the all-new Alza comes with LED headlights with Follow-Me-Home function, side mirrors with LED turn signals, digital air-conditioning controls, Advance Safety Assist ADAS suite, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Departure Prevention, and 6 airbags.

The 7-seater is expected to be powered by a naturally-aspirated 1.5-litre engine that does 106 PS and 137 Nm, mated to a Dual-mode CVT (D-CVT) transmission, mirroring the updated D51A Myvi’s powertrain.

Tentative prices for the new 7-seater people mover start from RM 62,000 for the 1.5 X variant. Stepping up to the 1.5 H variant, this one goes for RM 68,000. The range-topping 1.5 AV has a tentative price of RM 75,000.
