Review: If you want to chase waterfalls across Malaysia, the Mitsubishi Xpander is the right vehicle
The greatest girl group in history, TLC, once forewarned to not chase waterfalls and stick to the rivers and lakes that one’s used to… Wait, I’ve sidetracked a bit, that’s a metaphorical waterfall and actual waterfalls are a sight to behold which Malaysia is blessed with.
Take away some of the nonsense and you’ll find that it is a gorgeous country with great food, awesome hospitality, and beautiful nature. For those who are chasing their dreams in the bustling urban metropolis that is the Klang Valley, those natural beauties are a getaway to calm one’s senses.
Sometimes, you don’t have to travel too far to chill and there are some relaxing destinations that are a short distance away with few tourists too.

Adrian for instance, enjoys relaxing by the waterfalls and in his latest video, he’s driving to 3 different waterfall locations that are a short trip away from the city – Pisang Waterfall, Lata Bunta Waterfall, and Serendah Waterfall.
Partnering him along this journey is the Mitsubishi Xpander which is Malaysia’s most popular ‘non-national’ 7-seater. Though the locally assembled (CKD) Xpander is the pre-facelift with a 4-speed automatic instead of the facelift CVT offered globally, the 7-seater crossover still delivers throughout the 1-day journey.
To know more about getting to the 3 waterfall locales and see how the Xpander holds up in 2023, check out the latest video below.
