![Volkswagen Malaysia service centre resumes operations]()
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) announced on their official Instagram that majority of their service centres nationwide have received MITI’s approval to reopen for business.
Volkswagen is one of many brands that announced that service centres are now open for appointment. Amongst others are Mercedes-Benz’s Cycle & Carriage Bintang and Hap Seng Star, Hyundai, UMW Toyota, and Lexus Malaysia.
The service centres will be putting the safety of their customers at the forefront by practicing contactless vehicle collection, regular temperature checks, and regular sanitising of premises. They will also be screening the centre’s staff for extra measure.

Other than that, VW will also make sure that the vehicles that come in to the centre will be sanitise before and after the service.
A pick-up and drop-off arrangement service is also offered at selected dealers for added convenience.
Operation schedule varies according to the individual service centres, VPCM is encouraging VW owners to contact their respective Volkswagen service centres for operation hours and to make a service appointment.
