My dealership repair experience went very well. I needed a recall repair. I made an appointment a few days in advance. I arrived when they opened, 7:00am. There were many employees ready to check in all the customers. The vehicles appeared to all be promptly taken in and worked on. The vehicle mechanics put paper on the floor mats and plastic on the seats. The waiting area inside was nicely air conditioned. There was a very large TV and there are many comfortable couches to sit in. The work was completed is a reasonable about of time. They offered to wash my vehicle. I felt like they cared about my vehicle it was a great experience.
I was always scared of dealerships for the reputation they have that they’ll make up things the car needs in order to just take more of your money. That was NOT the case at all. I’m very happy about that. They told me my car didn’t need anything and to not waste my money, and I had to convince them to do some things because I had just gotten the car so I wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly and so I knew how long it would take before my car would need servicing again.
I just purchased my new Camaro last night. The initial sales rep (Robin) I spoke to over the phone and text was very responsive and goes above and beyond in customer service. I left my garage opener in the car and I still had to return an extra key for my trade in and he offered to come to my work to pick it up and drop off my remote. Unfortunately, I did not get to do the deal with him as I got there when he was off work. He connected me with Carlos C. And made sure I was taken care of. Carlos was very professional and made sure to explain everything. He was very up front and was not trying to push the sale. Which is what I appreciate as I have walked out of many dealers for advertising one price online and another in person. Thank you both, I love my new car and appreciate the extremely high level of customer service.
Monica was great. She answered all of my questions and helped me every step of the way. She was patient, kind, and understanding. She made me feel comfortable with my decision and didn't apply any pressure as some sales people do. I felt like I purchased a vehicle instead of being sold one. Thank you to the whole team. I am extremely satisfied and grateful.
In 2022, Kia was the fourth largest seller of EVs in the U.S., with a 3.8% market share, ahead of Hyundai but behind Tesla, Ford, and Chevrolet. During the annual CEO Investor Day presentation, they revealed that they are optimistic about the future of electric vehicles (EVs), which is shared by automakers worldwide, including Japan, Europe, and the U.S. This trend is driven by increasing customer interest, government regulations, and subsidies that encourage EV adoption. Kia believes that the s

Chevrolet and Saab’s presence in Malaysia might be gone with the latter very unlikely to make a return but the American bowtie has just announced a recall campaign to replace the Takata driver airbag inflators. 3,725 units are affected in the recall and it affects 5 models which are: Chevrolet Cruze (2010-15 models) Chevrolet Orlando (2013-15 models) Chevrolet Sonic (2013-14 models) Chevrolet Trax (2017 models) Saab 9-3 (2007 models) Interestingly, the Trax was never sold in Malaysia though a fe

Chevrolet may have exited the South East Asian market, but in some countries, they still provide after-sales support. One such country is Thailand, as Chevrolet Thailand announced a recall for the Takata airbag inflator, affecting models such as the Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Sonic. For the Chevrolet Cruze, 2011 to 2015 model year units are affected, while Sonic units built between 2013 to 2014 are affected. Both the sedan and hatchback versions of the Sonic are affected. One can check the st

It's not every day you will come across an American muscle car, what more one that is not a Ford Mustang. Whilst not my cup of tea, I can see the appeal of American muscle cars. They usually have big bodies strapped to a pushrod V8 engine, happily chugging down petrol like it was going out of fashion. Nothing shouts 'MURICA' like a good-old muscle car. Today's rare find comes in the form of a 1972 Chevrolet El Camino. This is not just a muscle car, but a pick-up truck, a 2-door one at that! This
