Really great experience from start to finish. Peter was attentive to answer all of our questions and kept in contact as we waited for our vehicle to be delivered from the factory. Peter was there for us throughout the entire process and a blessing to work with. Cory was super friendly and cordial, chatting with us and we had some good laughs about other dealerships that want to mark up vehicles and gouge people with their fees. Chris made the lease processes go virtually seamless. We will have no reservation in buying from John Watson Chevrolet in the future. Working with Andy was the easiest car buying experience i have ever had buying a car. He was clear and honest with their process so that I understood what to expect. You get the sense that the entire team is there to serve their customers and make sure you're comfortable with your decisions before you put ink to paper, which is always the concern buying a new vehicle - the push. I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours with my new car. We had a little hiccup on the paperwork and Andy called and told me not to rush and come by when I could. More dealerships need to be like John Watson and more sales managers need to be like Andy.
