The buying experience has changed since my parents bought their cars but here at Longo they were very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. Longo dealer is large but well maintained and has a Starbucks for those that need/like it. My experience once I got to the dealer was great. Even though it did not feel rushed the process of seeing our new vehicle, trading in our old one, and walking out with a smile on our faces was quick (much quicker than I expected). Definitely recommend Longo and Kevin Lam who helped us with the majority of our process. I do not live near by but will be driving out and buying another new car when the time comes. Especially since they did not charge us "market adjustment."
This was a great dealer and that's saying a lot. I have bought a lot of cars everywhere from private party to carmax to actual dealers. Most dealers you leave thinking you got a decent deal after haggling for hours on end. Carmax has been my favorite because of the fact that the price is set and there is no back and forth. Their prices can be higher but the ease of buying is a big plus. This place had no haggle prices and that's a first for me at an actual dealer. Originally we contacted this dealer to get a new Tacoma because they are selling them at MSRP with no markup. This is in 2022 when most dealers are adding at least 10k just because inventory is low. We were going to do it all online and have the truck delivered. Because inventory is so low you can get on the wait list for $500 so your notified about new trucks as they arrive. We also started looking at their used cars and decided to take a visit to the facility after finding a Tundra online. After walking the very small selection of used trucks we ended up finding a perfect spec 2021 Tacoma that was just added to the lot. This dealer is also massive. If you look it up it's the world's largest dealer. They even have a Subway, AAA and Starbucks. After a little time we ended up buying the truck at a fair price with an awesome warranty and we couldn't be happier. This is the ONLY dealer I would even recommend and buy from again. If you looking for a new or used Toyota check them out. Our salesman was Scott Lan and he we super helpful and fast to answer questions over email.
We needed a new Tacoma for our auto glass business and I'm really happy that a family member recommended Longo Toyota to us. Carlos Vera was great to work with and did a fantastic job getting us our new truck. I will definitely be coming back to buy all our future vehicles here. Thank you Carlos and Alex (finance) for making this purchase possible.
All my thanks go to Kyle Calara! Bought a brand new 2022 Prius Prime LE with no mark up and had him advise me along the way. He managed to answer my questions when I had my doubts about buying a car in this economy but was reassured my choices were right through his thorough explanation. Kyle was quick to accommodate any servicing I needed for the car such as tint, wash, and setting up applications I needed. He gave me a great deal for my trade in and finalized everything in less than a week. He's been very efficient to work with, kept me updated on my allocation and made the year long wait feel short. I highly recommend his friendly and welcoming service to anyone looking to buy a car.

In 2022, Kia was the fourth largest seller of EVs in the U.S., with a 3.8% market share, ahead of Hyundai but behind Tesla, Ford, and Chevrolet. During the annual CEO Investor Day presentation, they revealed that they are optimistic about the future of electric vehicles (EVs), which is shared by automakers worldwide, including Japan, Europe, and the U.S. This trend is driven by increasing customer interest, government regulations, and subsidies that encourage EV adoption. Kia believes that the s

Chevrolet and Saab’s presence in Malaysia might be gone with the latter very unlikely to make a return but the American bowtie has just announced a recall campaign to replace the Takata driver airbag inflators. 3,725 units are affected in the recall and it affects 5 models which are: Chevrolet Cruze (2010-15 models) Chevrolet Orlando (2013-15 models) Chevrolet Sonic (2013-14 models) Chevrolet Trax (2017 models) Saab 9-3 (2007 models) Interestingly, the Trax was never sold in Malaysia though a fe

Chevrolet may have exited the South East Asian market, but in some countries, they still provide after-sales support. One such country is Thailand, as Chevrolet Thailand announced a recall for the Takata airbag inflator, affecting models such as the Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Sonic. For the Chevrolet Cruze, 2011 to 2015 model year units are affected, while Sonic units built between 2013 to 2014 are affected. Both the sedan and hatchback versions of the Sonic are affected. One can check the st

It's not every day you will come across an American muscle car, what more one that is not a Ford Mustang. Whilst not my cup of tea, I can see the appeal of American muscle cars. They usually have big bodies strapped to a pushrod V8 engine, happily chugging down petrol like it was going out of fashion. Nothing shouts 'MURICA' like a good-old muscle car. Today's rare find comes in the form of a 1972 Chevrolet El Camino. This is not just a muscle car, but a pick-up truck, a 2-door one at that! This
