What is the most driveable everyday supercar?
Daily Driver ? Has to be the ,2018 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG s Doesn't look as great as the previous generation E63, but not a bad looker by any means… It looks cool, is comfortable enough for 4 people, comes with a more than reasonable amount of boot space, and has drift mode (TCS off; RWD only) The details. The 4.0Lt Twin Turbo v8 that pumps out 604ps. The 4.0Lt twin turbo V8 makes 604ps of power (that's right. 604ps. That's 5ps less than a Lamborghini Huracan LP610–4) and enough torque to eat itself should you deem so The "drift mode" or "eat the tyres" mode as I like to call it. The vehicle comes with what essentially is an AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system that can be turned to an RWD (Rear-Wheel Drive only) system for that time when you feel like having some fun. The Interiors The interiors are top-notch. Made of space age aluminium millings and carbon fibre with traces of piano black wood on the dashboard. The upholstery is Nappa leather with alcantara on the flat bottomed steering wheel. A perfectly stanced performance sedan is never a bad thing. This may not be Naturally aspirated, but this is definitely an AMG. And that shows. So yes. A 600bhp, AWD/RWD trick drive layout sedan is what I'd have as a daily driver P.S:- The 2018 BMW M5 runs a very, very close second. I guess I am a sucker for those "AMG" noises.
Would you rather own a BMW M5 or a Mercedes C-class saloon and why?
BMW M5, I just like the sound of it. I am just kidding, performance, stance, badassness and sound over a regular C Class that the market is flooded with them. The M5 is the German Hotrod that screams Autobahn and has the fit and finish not to mention the luxurious interior that oozes and embraces comfort with distinctive craftsmanship. The C Class is nothing more than a Honda Accord wrapped up in German Engineering. Ok make it Acura, nice, but not too much more than that. You are not able to rake the curve and take the Apex as nearly half as hard that you can with an M5. The M5 is the wild animal unleashed in German Engineered camouflage and the C Class is the neighborhood Fraudeline going to the local market.
Is the E39 M5 the all-time best sedan?
As many people on the M5Board will echo, the E39 M5 maybe the last of an era. It is not the best at any one thing (straight line speed, acceleration, handling, etc.), but it seems to be a magical combination of all those things. I can't think of a single vehicle that could carry a family of 5 one minute and then scream at indecent speeds around Mulholland Dr. the next. Even though technology like DCT and SMG will yield better shift times than a manual, the drive train of the E39 is lovely. The clutch, slightly stiff ZF 6 speed and the smoothness of the torquey V8 combine for a sublime drive. The car also drives much smaller than its 4000lb weight would bely. In 2000 there were just enough electronic driving aids (DSC, ABS) to help when you want them without completely ruining the experience. You can override the nannies when you want. An E39 is a comfortable car - the front seats with bolsters let you drive aggressively, but also comfortably on long drives. There may be not better autobahn cruiser (maybe a big Merc). The M5 feels very solid and planted at speed - you will not notice dipping into triple digits since it is so smooth. Even though around town, the M5 is a gas pig, on the highway in 6th geat, it returns over 20mpg any time. Lastly, the styling is classic. There is not a single bad line on the car. It is a textbook example of a 4 door sedan. It has a good stance and the M5 has subtle cues. It does not scream 400 HP car at you. In the cliche description, it is more like the linebacker wearing the tailored shirt. You can see the hint of bulging muscles and athleticism if you look, but to the casual observer, it is just a nice looking sedan. As newer cars need more features, they are starting to lose the connection with the driver that the E39 M5 captures. I doubt you will see such an all around car from BMW in the future as the rules of CAFE, luxury appeal, etc. start to dumb down the cars in the future. The E39 M5 is a keeper.

Most sports sedan would feature a race inspired addons like dual exhaust, red brake calipers, bigger brake calipers like Brembo brands, hood vent, lower car stance(damping suspension), bigger wheels in 18",19", carbon fiber parts such as truck lip/wings(spoiler) , more lines on the body for aero dynamics, and most importantly the engine sound whether it's i4 turbo'd,i5 turbo'd, v6turbo/supercharged or v8 turbo'd:supercharged, if you looked at Benz S65 series you be looking at W12 Engine which are two v6 connecting making a whooping 500+hp. some iconic modern sports sedan includes Audi S4,S5 sportsback, S7/RS7, S8, BMW M3,M5, M6grandcoupe, Benz AMG C43/63, E43/63, S63/65. American side we have the Cadillac ATS-V,CTS-V. Japanese: Subaru WRX STI, Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X , Lexus ISF, GSF and etc
