I have been waiting for the 2020 Proton X70 for long. Now I manage to have it in my garage. If you ask me what’s the best thing about this vehicle, I would say the transmission. It’s an awfully smooth 7-speed DCT transmission, which enables you to switch between gears seamlessly. Users of the previous version of X70 should know that the vehicle had an obvious body roll due to the soft suspension. Now with the new X70 coming out, the problem is fixed. Passengers can sit steadily even when the car is going through a sharp curve. Handling is smooth and easy, which enables you to control your car effortlessly on the tumultuous road. The powertrain is satisfactory. It’s power by a 1.8-litre turbocharged engine with an output of 184PS and 300Nm. Finally, the cruising ability is decent.
