James (GM), Doug (Manager), and Darrell (Audi Salesperson) took more than excellent care of my needs. Truly an easy experience all the way from ordering a vehicle to when it arrived and taking delivery. Our finance needs were handled professionally by Jared who was able to find the best interest rates that banks currently offer for us to take advantage of. I would recommend Audi of OKC to all for a world class experience. My Audi does not disappoint in any way!
We bought our first Audi (and our first luxury vehicle) from Doug December of 2020. Doug went above and beyond to find the exact color and trim I wanted in my A3. He had it transported from CO springs to us. Mak financed our deal, got us 0% like we wanted and out the door we went. Smoothest and easiest process. I commute for work and the A3 was my daily driver. About 100 miles a day for work. So it went to service quite often in our year of ownership. Alexa was our service advisor and Jose was for a couple of times. I love coming into service because they have been so helpful and friendly. Alexa loaned me a Q5 while my wheel bearing was being replaced and since then me and my husband have wanted a SUV for our growing family. Jose was kind enough to show us his Q7 and that’s what we wanted. We put a deposit down with Melissa and waited on our Q7. On NYE we picked up our Q7 and traded in the A3. Once again, best experience we have had with any dealership. Doug and Mak made our car buying experience very pleasant. Regardless of price tag, what we spent on our A3 vs Q7, they went above and beyond for us and made us feel welcomed and treated as a priority. Because of the way were treated in sales and finance, we will continue to use Audi OKC for service and future sales.
I had the BEST experience with everyone at the dealership. I truly just went to look at vehicles and ended up leaving with a new 2022 Audi SQ5. Darrell helped me with the car and he was amazing! Carl helped me on the financial side and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a great trade in for my current vehicle and made the process extremely easy. The entire Audi service team is very knowledgeable and competent. They are all true professionals. For this particular service visit, Jose was my service advisor. He was simply excellent. On a previous visit, which occurred within the past month, Alexa was my service advisor. She was fantastic! Kyle is a seasoned and experienced service advisor who is unsurpassed in his knowledge.
