Needed a part. It was ordered, and I was unable to get back to dealership for 2 weeks. Came in on Saturday and both the parts and service departments were exceptional. They placed the part onto the vehicle for me and even fit me in for an oil change. Which to my pleasant surprise was free as it was my first since purchasing the car. I felt valued as a customer. Each person made my Saturday morning run easy which I greatly appreciate. It was a Wow experience, so I took the time to fill out this survey in the hopes your team is recognized and rewarded for the services they are clearly providing.

Big shout out to Doreen Moore (internet sales) at McLaughlin Cheverolet in Whitman Ma. I reached out to her regarding an Equinox RS. Of course it had sold that day. Because they are impossible to find and test drive I asked if I could still visit and take a look. She obliged and took the time to visit with us, set us up for a test drive in another Equinox and too simply chat. She was incredibly kind, honest and professional. Doreen never tried to sell us on another vehicle in the lot. She knew I was there for one reason and she was gracious enough to simply help us out. Incredibly refreshing was our experience, that I urge anyone looking for a Chevy to reach out on their website. Thanks Doreen!! At the moment, I am very satisfied. The ordering and purchase experience was terrific. This was my first service. It took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Somewhat long in my opinion. My only issue is there was something that was not installed in the build of the vehicle that was supposed to be included in the package I ordered and currently, there is no progress or communication from the dealer. Only "I'll look into it".
