Earlier this year, BMW Malaysia introduced the BMW 320i to the G20 3 Series lineup and was subsequently updated with the inclusion of ADAS. Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia refreshed the Mercedes-Benz C200 with a new powertrain and AMG Line outfit.

Let’s get prices out of the way first, the BMW 320i is priced at RM 239,883 (0% SST) and the Mercedes-Benz C200 is a tad pricier at RM 251,587 (0% SST). Side note - in case you didn't know, the sales tax exemption has been extended to June 2021.

What makes the BMW 320i worthy of a spot in 2020’s Car of the Awards? The BMW 320i lives up to every word of the slogan “Sheer Driving Pleasure”. With the chassis and powertrain coming together, it is the best driving family car in its class.

As for the Mercedes-Benz C200, the updated engine is muscular, it steers enthusiastically, and it still looks as classy as ever.
