Honda Malaysia has maintained consistent sales growth for the past 5 years, an average of 30% increase from 2014 to 2018. More Honda cars on the road translates to higher Body and Paint (BP) service intakes.
As of October 2019, Honda Malaysia recorded over 36,000 BP service intakes, a 40% increase from the BP service intakes in the same period last year.
With great sales come great responsibility for after sales. And Honda Malaysia has opened six new BP Centres this year, bringing the total of 28 Honda BP Centres.
BP Centre is Honda’s one-stop centre in providing assistance to Honda customers in terms of
vehicle inspection, accident vehicle repairs, painting, quality check after maintenance, etc.
In addition, they can help customers prepare all necessary documents for insurance claim and assist them in the process.
The technicians in BP Centres have undergone training to serve customers well and ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed according to the set guidelines.
