Operations at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia are up and running

As the Movement Control Order (MCO) eases up, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia resume its business with strict health and safety protocols in place following approval given by the government.

Mercedes-Benz dealerships nationwide will reopen, pending approval by the government, and maintenance or repairs carried out at dealerships will be conducted with stringent health protocols. The local assembly plant in Pekan, Pahang resumes its operations from 13 May 2020.

Vehicle service grace period of 60 days begins from 12 May 2020, which means customers with vehicles service due between 18 March 2020 until 12 May 2020 will be able bring their vehicle for a service within said period.

The warranty grace period however, will fall within 60 days from 30 June 2020. Warranty repairs on vehicles with its 4-year warranty expiring between 18 March 2020 until 30 June 2020 will be honoured within that period.

In line with current situation, precautionary measures will be taken including temperature checks before entering dealerships, the provision of masks and hand sanitizers to customers, social distancing practices via limited customers per entry into showrooms, as well as cleaning and sanitization of all vehicles and common areas.
