Launched alongside the new Mazda 2 facelift in Malaysia last week is the updated 2024 Mazda CX-3. Unlike the hatchback/sedan pair, the refreshed CX-3 did not receive any extensive visual updates but gained some quality-of-life enhancements to keep it fresh.

Just like the previous update, the 2024 CX-3 remains fully imported (CBU) from Thailand and is offered with 2 powertrains across 3 variants. Below are the prices of the CX-3 variants for Peninsular Malaysia, on-the-road, without insurance:

• CX-3 1.5L Plus – RM 115,720
• CX-3 2.0L Plus – RM 126,159
• CX3 2.0L High – RM 139,159

It’s worth noting that the base Core variants from the previous CX-3 update are now called Plus

For RM 115,720, the base CX-3 1.5L Plus is equipped with the following features:

• Automatic LED headlights

• Auto wipers
• Side mirrors with Autofold

At RM 126,159, the CX-3 2.0L Plus variant offers the same features as the 1.5L Plus with the only exception being the larger engine:

Meanwhile, the top-of-the-range 2.0L High variant (RM 139,159) adds the following features on top of the equipment offered on the 2.0L Plus:

The 2024 Mazda CX-3 is offered with a 5-year/100,000-km Manufacturer’s Warranty and 5-year/100,000-km Free Maintenance.
