The Proton X70 has been a mainstay in the Malaysian SUV landscape since it was first launched in 2018. Since then, the X70 has undergone some minor changes culminating in 2022 when it saw the addition of the smaller 1.5-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged unit shared with the Proton X50 to the older 1.8-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder unit.
Recently, Proton announced a new addition to the X70 line-up – the 1.5 TGDi Premium X which now gives customers a choice of 6 variants. Without further ado, here are the differences and features of each variant.
