If you’re looking to check out a car show this weekend, why not head over to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) for the Malaysian Motor Expo 2022? You can even get up close to the base alternative to the Honda HR-V, the Mazda CX-3 1.5L Core.

Fully imported (CBU) from Thailand, the CX-3 1.5L Core is one of the models that Bermaz Auto (BAuto) will be showcasing at the Malaysian Motor Expo. All three vehicle brands under the group – Mazda, Peugeot, and Kia – will be present at the event.

The latest variant of the CX-3 is powered by a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder engine that makes 115 PS/149 nm and is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission that drives the front wheels.

Being the base model, the CX-3 Core comes with halogen headlamps, bulb-type DRLs, keyless entry with engine push-start button, 16-inch alloy wheels, fabric seats, an 8-inch infotainment display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and 2 airbags.

The CX-3 1.5L Core is priced from RM 107,870 but if you’re more interested in other more powerful variants, there are also the CX-3 2.0L Core (From RM 118,159) and the CX-3 2.0L High (From RM 131,359).

Besides the attractively-priced CX-3, BAuto will also be showcasing the Mazda MX-30 and Kia EV6 electric vehicles (EVs) along with the Peugeot 2008 and Peugeot 3008 at the Malaysian Motor Expo 2022 which starts from 11- to 13-November 2022 from 10 AM to 10 PM.
