UMW Toyota Motor has fired the opening salvo on an upcoming new model, with a short cryptic video up on their social media centering on the 'Defy' theme. What is it?

Your guess is as good as ours at this point. We know that the company will be launching several new models in Malaysia this year; and with their Gazoo Racing (GR) arm introducing five new models last weekend, we think this 'Coming Soon' car should be from their regular range.

If we really have to, then we opine that this teaser points towards the all-new 2023 D92A Toyota Vios. Our pick is so because the 'Defy' messaging was last used for a sedan too, namely the Toyota Camry in other markets.
